The Engineering Department has a professional engineering team of more than 40 people. The major works of this department are designing, testing, CMF debugging, die development, manufacturing process, etc. All team members have 5-8 years of relevant experience in the industry.

there are more than 220 stamping staff, and more than 100 stamping machines of different tonnage from 6T to 400T are equipped. It is planned to invest 8 sets of 630T-1300T large tonnage machines in the next 2 years. The stamping workshop can complete blanking, punching, bending, stretching and other processes for various metal materials. The maximum daily output can reach 3 million pieces.

there are more than 40 employees, 26 zinc and aluminum die-casting machines, full manipulator operation, and the maximum tonnage is 800T. In the next two years, it is planned to invest six sets of 1600T-3500T large tonnage machines to expand the production capacity. The maximum daily output of the die-casting workshop can reach 80000 pieces.

It is now equipped with 80 CNC lathes, 100 CNC machining centers, 6 high gloss machines, and 2 CD marker machines. It has the ability to process a variety of materials, such as aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, copper, stainless steel, etc. The maximum daily output can reach 100000 pieces.

equipped with 2 automatic surface treatment and cleaning lines, 2 manual painting lines, 1 robot painting line, 1 spindle automatic painting line, and 2 reciprocating machine automatic powder spraying lines. It can handle parts made of aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, iron pieces and other different materials, with the minimum specification of 2 * 2mm and the maximum specification of 300 * 1000mm. The cleanliness level of spray booth is 10000.

The Sand Blasting Department equips 4 automatic sand-blast machines, which could use iron sand and zircon sand with specifications of 120#, 170# and 200#. All metal parts with different materials could be done, like aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, copper, stainless steel, etc.

The Laser Carving Department equips 35 professional machines. Its positional accuracy could be 0.15mm to 0.2mm. The laser carving not only could be done directly on surfaces of different metal materials, but also on surfaces of painting and plating coating.

The Mold Department equips full set of tooling machines, like cutting machine, spark machine, grinding machine, etc. All developed molds are for internal use, like die casting, stamping and plastic injection tooling. And the maximum capability of tooling development per month reaches 20 sets.

The QA Department equips professional testing and inspection facilities, and total 25 experienced inspectors. They are in charging of Incoming QC, On-line QC, and Out-going QC processes to guarantee the product quality and production process.
